Exterior Wall Latex Paint Features
1. Superior weather resistance and anti-aging properties, ensuring long-lasting colorfastness: Utilizing a highly weather-resistant acrylic resin system combined with UV-resistant additives, it effectively blocks ultraviolet rays from damaging the wall paint film, making it resistant to year-round sun exposure, rain, and wind erosion. It maintains color stability in outdoor environments for extended periods, resisting yellowing, fading, and loss of gloss.
2. Waterproof and breathable in one, moisture-proof and mildew-resistant: The paint film has excellent one-way breathability, waterproof and moisture-proof performance. The dense paint film
structure can block rainwater and dew from penetrating the wall, avoiding the wall from getting damp, hollow, and peeling. At the same time, the micro-breathable pores allow the water vapor inside the wall to evaporate normally, preventing the wall surface from blistering, mold, algae growth, efflorescence and whitening caused by water vapor accumulation.

Exterior Wall Latex Paint Construction Guidelines
1. Base treatment: Thoroughly clean the wall base to ensure the wall surface is clean and solid.
2. Sealing and priming: Apply one coat of transparent penetrating primer by roller. After the primer is completely dry, apply the topcoat.
3. Main paint application: After the first coat of topcoat is completely dry, apply the second coat of topcoat. The interval between the two coats should meet the product's drying requirements.
4. Finished product curing and shaping: After construction, keep the construction environment ventilated and dry, and allow the paint film to gradually dry and harden at room temperature.
