Products Description

This product is a lime-based loulan wall plaster art coating, made from natural limestone, selected fine sand, and mica flakes. After application, it presents a rough yet delicate sandy texture reminiscent of the ancient city of Loulan, with a subtle shimmer. Its pure inorganic mineral formula is formaldehyde-free, Class A fireproof, breathable, and mildew-resistant. By applying a smooth finish, it can create a unique retro feel, making it an ideal choice for high-end interior wall decoration in styles such as wabi-sabi and industrial.

Lime-Based Loulan Wall Plaster Features

1787652571803951

1. Natural sandstone texture:  Combining fine sand and mica flakes, the paint film has a realistic and rough feel, with subtle shimmering under light and shadow, highly restoring the original texture of natural sandstone and ancient city wall rocks.

2. Vegan, inorganic, and environmentally friendly:  Made from natural minerals, it contains no or very low levels of VOCs and formaldehyde, with no harmful emissions, meeting green building material standards and protecting the health of sensitive groups.

3. Class A fireproof and flame-retardant:  The main components are inorganic minerals, which are nonflammable and do not support combustion. They produce no smoke or toxicity when exposed to fire, and have a fireproof rating of Class A, greatly improving the fire safety of homes and public buildings.

4. Breathable, mildew-proof, and moisture-regulating:  It has a natural microporous structure that can regulate indoor humidity, prevent liquid water from seeping in, keep the walls dry, and inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria from the source.

5. Strong adhesion and aging resistance:  It undergoes a siliconization reaction with the mineral substrate to form a unified whole, resulting in extremely strong adhesion, high hardness and wear resistance, UV resistance and weather resistance, and it will not chalk or fade with long-term use.

Application

Suitable for interior wall and ceiling decoration in villas, hotels, guesthouses, cafes, residences, etc., especially suitable for wabi-sabi and industrial style designs in living room background walls, corridors, and commercial spaces

Lime-Based Loulan Wall Plaster Construction Guidelines

1. Sand base consolidation:  Apply one coat of special sand-containing primer by roller to completely cover the base surface, create a rough adhesion layer, improve interlayer adhesion, and lay the foundation for Loulan wall sand modeling construction.

2. First coat application:  Use a stainless steel trowel to evenly apply the first coat of Loulan wall mortar, with a thickness of 1-2mm, to fully cover and level the surface. After the coating is surface dry, proceed with subsequent construction.

3. Texture shaping:  After applying the second coat of wall sand, immediately use seaweed cotton and a patting tool to pat and roughen the surface, creating a rough and natural three-dimensional sandstone texture on the ancient city wall.

4. Semi-dry finishing:  When the coating is 70-80% dry and not sticky to the touch, use a stainless steel finishing knife to press and smooth the coating, making the sand grain texture smooth and delicate, and the overall surface flat and uniform.

5. Targeted fine grinding:  After the coating is completely dry, use 240-grit sandpaper to sand in the same direction at a uniform speed to remove loose sand and burrs, and vacuum up the dust on the wall.

6. Topcoat protection:  Two coats of special topcoat varnish are applied by roller to form a dense protective film, which greatly enhances the wall's resistance to stains and scrubbing, optimizes the gloss of the finish, and extends the service life of the wall.
