This product is a high-end lime-based rhinestone art coating, made from carefully selected natural limestone, shell powder, and other inorganic minerals through calcination and grinding, combined with inorganic binders. After application, it undergoes a carbonization reaction to transform into a stone-like state, exhibiting a matte, rugged texture that highly replicates the feel of natural rhinestone. It possesses A-grade fire resistance, zero formaldehyde, breathable humidity regulation, and natural antibacterial properties, making it an ideal decorative material for creating high-end retro and minimalist wall spaces.

Lime-Based Rhinestone Features
1. Natural stone texture: A matte finish that combines ruggedness and delicacy, perfectly replicating the original texture and feel of natural rhinestone/limestone, with rich layers under light and shadow, and extremely high decorative style.
2. Pure vegan and eco-friendly formula: Pure inorganic mineral formula, zero VOCs, zero formaldehyde, and no harmful emissions. Its porous structure regulates humidity, absorbs moisture and prevents mold, keeping walls dry and breathable.
3. Class A fireproof and flame-retardant: The main components are inorganic minerals, which are nonflammable and do not support combustion. They produce no smoke or toxicity when exposed to fire, and have a fireproof rating of Class A, greatly improving the fire safety of homes and public buildings.
4. Hardening and weather-resistant over time: The coating undergoes continuous carbonization in the air, increasing its hardness over time. It is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, weatherresistant, and does not easily chalk or fade, resulting in an extremely long lifespan.
5. Alkaline antibacterial and anti-mildew: The naturally strong alkaline environment can inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria from the source, especially during the humid season and plum rain season, keeping the walls clean, mold-free and odorless.

Lime-Based Rhinestone Construction Guidelines
1. Sand-based primer: Roller-apply a special sand-based primer to completely cover the substrate, creating a rough, gripping layer that enhances interlayer adhesion and lays the foundation for rhinestone texture application.
2. First coat application: Apply the first coat of rhinestone slurry evenly with a stainless steel trowel, controlling the thickness to 1-2mm, to fully cover and initially form the texture. The next coat can only be applied after the surface is dry.
3. Wet film finishing: Apply the second coat of rhinestone. When the coating is 60-70% dry, wet the finishing knife, press and smooth the coating to create a delicate and even matte stone texture.
4. Fine sanding: After the coating is completely dry, use a sander equipped with 240-grit sandpaper to sand in the same direction and at a constant speed to eliminate floating sand and knife marks, and thoroughly clean the wall dust.
5. Topcoat maintenance: Apply one coat of special water-based topcoat varnish by roller to form a dense protective layer, which enhances the stain resistance and scrub resistance of the finish, brightens the wall surface, and extends its service life.
