Limebase mamanu (paste) is a natural mineral coating made from high-temperature calcined natural limestone (primarily calcium carbonate). It is processed through traditional techniques (such as calcination and long-term hydration and maturation) to form a stable paste. Its hardening mechanism is the carbonization reaction of calcium hydroxide with carbon dioxide in the air, regenerating calcium carbonate. This "stone-to-stone" transformation creates a smooth, jade-like texture on the wall, resembling the delicate texture of natural marble.

1. It is environmentally friendly and healthy. It uses inorganic minerals as the main raw materials and does not add synthetic emulsions. It has extremely low VOC content and has passed multiple international environmental certifications. It can also naturally inhibit mold.
2. It has excellent physical properties. After curing, its hardness will increase over time and it is wearresistant and scratch-resistant. It also has a microporous breathable and humidity-regulating structure to prevent condensation and mildew on the wall.
3. It is easy to clean and maintain, the surface is anti-static and does not easily absorb dust, and stains can be directly scrubbed, which meets the cleaning needs of high-frequency use areas.
4. It combines construction and aesthetics. The paste-like premix can be constructed right out of the can and can also create a variety of artistic textures with soft colors and a unique "time aesthetics" effect.
5. It has strong safety and protection properties. As an inorganic material, it can meet Class A fire protection standards and has excellent moisture-proof and antibacterial properties, making it suitable for humid environments such as basements and bathrooms.

LimeKimamanu is suitable for spaces with high requirements for environmental protection, durability and aesthetics. It can be used for wall decoration in high-end residential and commercial spaces such as residences and hotels to enhance the texture. It can also meet the moisture and mildew resistance needs of high-humidity or sensitive areas such as basements and hospitals. It can also enhance the spatial expression through natural texture in design-oriented projects such as Wabi-Sabi style.
1. Base surface treatment: Make sure the wall surface is flat, dry and free of oil stains. Old walls need to be polished and painted with a sealing primer.
2. Stirring: Stir thoroughly after opening the can. If necessary, add a small amount of water to adjust the consistency (≤5%).
3. Primer painting: Roll evenly apply one coat of alkali-resistant primer, and then roll twice more of odorless fine sand-containing primer after it dries to enhance adhesion.
4. Scraping construction: Use a stainless steel scraping knife to scrape evenly twice. After the second scraping, wait until it is 70% dry, and then press the finishing knife to finish it.
5. Grinding and polishing: After it is completely dry, use 400-600 grit sandpaper to grind it flat, and then use 1000-2000 grit sandpaper to polish it.
6. Surface protection: Apply lime-based skin-feel finish to improve wear resistance and stain resistance, and feel delicate and soft.
