Micro-clay is an environmentally friendly architectural coating made from natural carbonate rock (primarily calcium carbonate) that is crushed and ground into a powder, then added with a water-based resin, additives, and functional fillers. It retains the texture and feel of natural stone, offers excellent breathability and weather resistance, and is low in VOCs, meeting green building material standards. It is stain-resistant, alkali-resistant, and color-adjustable, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor surfaces. It offers easy application and simple maintenance, ensuring longlasting decorative effects.

Micro-clay Features
1. Environmentally friendly and healthy: Made of natural raw materials such as quartz sand and nano- calcium carbonate, it is formaldehyde-free and contains no harmful additives. It complies with environmental certification standards and ensures residential safety.
2. Intelligent humidity control: The microporous structure gives the wall a "breathing function", absorbing moisture when the humidity is greater than 75% and releasing moisture when it is less than 50%, automatically adjusting the indoor environment and improving comfort.

Micro-clay Construction Guidelines
1. Base treatment: Ensure the wall surface is flat and free of hollows, with a moisture content of ≤8%. Fill cracks with elastic putty and polish them smooth.
2. Primer construction: Roll and apply 1-2 coats of anti-alkali sealing primer (diluted with 20% water), leaving 4-8 hours between each coat to seal the pores and prevent efflorescence.
3. Texture Shaping:
①First pass: Apply lime stone flatly (add 2%-3% water), create a honeycomb pattern using a special roller, and let dry for 8-12 hours.
②Second pass: Apply irregularly shaved stone to create a travertine or weathered texture, and let dry for 12 hours.
③ Third pass (optional): Apply color paste and adjust the color. Use a kneading and pressing technique to simulate the texture of natural stone and enhance the three-dimensional effect.
4. Step-by-step grinding: Use 80-mesh → 180-mesh → 320-mesh sandpaper to smooth the surface and remove dust.
5. Surface protection: Roll or spray 1-2 coats of water-based topcoat (diluted with 15%-20% water) to improve stain resistance and fix the texture.
