Exterior Wall Imitation Stone Paint Features
1. Natural stone-like texture: Made from carefully selected natural colored sand with a reasonable particle size distribution, the texture is natural and realistic, comparable to natural granite, and has a
high-end decorative effect.
2. Superior weather resistance: Made with high-quality silicone-acrylic emulsion, it resists UV aging, withstands high and low temperature cycles, and will not fade or chalk with long-term use.
3. Stain and water resistant: The dense paint film structure is waterproof and breathable, making it difficult for stains to adhere. Rainwater can easily clean the surface, keeping the wall beautiful for a
long time.
4. Highly effective crack-resistant protection: The addition of elastic agents effectively resists micro- cracks in the substrate, has strong adhesion, prevents paint film from peeling off, and protects the
wall structure.
5. Environmentally friendly and safe formula: No formaldehyde, benzene compounds, or heavy metals are added artificially. The VOC content meets national environmental protection standards, making it green and environmentally friendly.
Suitable for exterior wall decoration of various buildings, including concrete walls, cement mortar walls, tile walls (requires interface treatment), and insulation layer walls, not suitable for indoor environments or environments that are submerged in water for extended periods.
Exterior Wall Imitation Stone Paint Construction Guidelines
1. Substrate preparation: Remove loose debris and dust from the substrate, repair cracks and holes, grind smooth, and ensure the substrate is firm, dry, free of powder, and has a moisture content of ≤10%.
2. Apply primer: Apply one coat of exterior wall alkali-resistant sealing primer evenly to enhance adhesion, seal the alkalinity of the substrate, and allow it to dry for 8-12 hours.
3. Marking lines for grid division: Mark lines according to the design requirements, and use masking tape to divide the grid, ensuring the lines are straight.
4. Main paint application: Apply two coats of faux stone paint using a special spray gun, controlling the air pressure and nozzle distance to ensure even distribution of colored sand and consistent texture. Each coat should be approximately 1.5-2mm thick. Check for any missed areas and touch up as needed.
5. Topcoat application: After the main paint is surface dry (about 4 hours), apply one coat of exterior wall stain-resistant clear varnish to enhance stain resistance and gloss. Apply evenly without any missed areas.
6. Final cleanup: After the paint film is surface dry, remove the masking tape, inspect the wall, repair any imperfections, and allow it to cure for 10 days before putting it into use.
