Natural Stone Paint Features

Natural Stone Paint Construction Guidelines
1. Primer Application: On a properly prepared substrate, apply one even coat of exterior-grade penetrating primer using a roller to seal pores, strengthen the substrate, improve coating adhesion, and prevent efflorescence. Ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.
2. First Coat of Intermediate Finish: Apply the first coat of the same-color intermediate finish evenly with a roller to fully cover the primer, unify the base surface color, lay an ideal foundation for subsequent coats, and optimize the overall color appearance.
3. Second Coat of Intermediate Finish: Once the first coat of intermediate finish is touch-dry, apply a second coat of the same color using a roller, ensuring an even and full coverage to further enhance opacity and provide a smooth, uniform base for the natural stone paint spray application.
4. Natural Stone Spray Application: Using a specialized spray gun, apply the natural stone paint evenly at an appropriate spray distance and air pressure. It is recommended to apply the paint in two cross- hatch passes to ensure uniform thickness and a natural texture, with no sagging or missed spots.
5. Topcoat Protection: Once the natural stone paint has completely dried, apply one even coat of a specialized clear topcoat using a roller to enhance stain resistance, water resistance, and weather resistance, extend the service life of the finish, unify the gloss level, and protect the color of the base material.
