Exterior Wall Textured Paint Features

Exterior Wall Textured Paint Construction Guidelines
1. Alkali-resistant primer: Apply one coat of high-performance alkali-resistant sealing primer evenly with a roller to strengthen the substrate, improve overall adhesion and moisture-proof and alkaliresistant properties, and lay the foundation for subsequent coatings.
2. Sand-containing intermediate coat: After the primer is completely dry, apply one coat of odorless fine sand-containing intermediate coat with a roller to level the base surface, provide a delicate base layer, and enhance the adhesion strength and effect of subsequent textured layers.
3. First coat: Use a putty knife to apply the first coat of sand-textured paint evenly and fully to establish the initial coating thickness and texture, and ensure that the aggregate is densely distributed.
4. Second coat: Immediately after, apply the second coat of sand-textured paint, following the designed texture (such as imitation stone, rough texture, etc.), and use tools such as putty knives and scrapers to shape the final texture effect.
5. Apply the first coat of topcoat: After the textured coating has completely dried and cured, lightly sand it with 240-grit sandpaper until smooth, and then evenly roll on the first coat of hightransparency topcoat to form initial protection.
6. Apply the second coat of topcoat: After the first coat of topcoat is surface dry, apply the second coat of topcoat evenly by rolling to enhance gloss, stain resistance, and weather resistance, and to protect and highlight the texture.
