JS56 colored flexible waterproof coating is a high-performance two-component waterproof material based on polymer and cement composite technology. It is composed of selected acrylic emulsion, special cement, and fillers. After curing, it forms a colored waterproof film with high flexibility, excellent adhesion strength, and water resistance. It can effectively resist minor cracks in the substrate and is suitable for waterproofing and seepage prevention projects in various building structures.

1. High Flexibility and Crack Resistance: The coating has a high elongation at break, effectively covering and adapting to minor cracks ( ≤ 2mm) and a certain degree of thermal expansion and contraction in the substrate, exhibiting excellent crack resistance.
2. Excellent Adhesion: Strong adhesion to various substrates such as concrete, mortar, brickwork, and metal. The coating bonds tightly and persistently to the substrate, preventing peeling or flaking.

It is suitable for waterproofing and damp-proofing of building structures such as roofs, basements, kitchens and bathrooms, balconies, swimming pools, and exterior walls. It is especially suitable for parts that are subject to vibration, deformation, or color recognition.
1. Surface cleaning: Thoroughly remove dust, oil, loose particles, and impurities from the cement substrate surface to ensure a firm, flat, and clean surface, laying a solid foundation for subsequent waterproofing construction.
2. Precise proportioning: Use a dedicated container and strictly adhere to the liquid-to-powder ratio of 1: 2.78 to measure and mix the materials, ensuring precise proportioning and stable performance of the final waterproofing layer.
3. Slurry mixing: Pour the weighed liquid into a mixing bucket and slowly add the corresponding powder while maintaining low-speed mixing. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes to create a uniform, fine, particle-free, and lump-free waterproofing slurry.
4. Settling and curing: After mixing, allow the slurry to stand for 3-5 minutes to eliminate air bubbles. Before application, mix again at low speed for 1 minute to restore the slurry to a uniform state.
5. Surface wetting: Before application, evenly spray water onto the cleaned, dry substrate to moisten it, keeping the surface damp but without standing water, which promotes strong adhesion of the waterproofing layer.
6. Waterproof coating: Apply the first coat of slurry evenly with a roller or brush, ensuring no areas are missed, after it is surface dry and no longer sticky (usually about 4-8 hours), apply the second coat vertically in a crisscross pattern to ensure the total thickness meets the construction requirements.
