Liquid metal paint is a high-performance, one-component, polyurethane-based decorative paint with a metallic feel. Its core formula is a composite of polyurethane resin and metal powders (such as zinc, copper, and bronze). A specialized processing technique ensures the metal particles are evenly distributed throughout the paint film, resulting in a coating with a strong metallic feel and a shifting sheen.

1. Realistic texture: accurately reproduces the original texture and luster of precious metals, adapts to multiple processes to create rich decorative effects, and has outstanding light and shadow expression.
2. Versatile for various scenarios: It breaks down the boundaries between indoor and outdoor use, and can be applied to various indoor and outdoor substrates and spaces to achieve a unified design style.
3. Physical properties: Excellent adhesion and mechanical strength, meets all standards for weather resistance, corrosion resistance and stain resistance, strong stability for outdoor use.
4. Easy to apply: Single-component formula eliminates the need for complicated mixing, application can be started immediately after opening the can without curing time restrictions, thus lowering the technical threshold for application.
5. Environmentally friendly and functional: The low VOC formula meets environmental standards and also has heat insulation, fireproof and flame-retardant properties, improving space safety.
It is mainly used in high-end buildings and interior and exterior decoration (such as residential background walls, star-rated hotels, homestays and clubs, commercial space walls and art installations), furniture and home furnishing products (such as custom cabinets, doors and windows and countertops), as well as industrial protection and special fields (such as building facades and outdoor facilities with high requirements for weather resistance and corrosion resistance). It also shows its value in the automotive industry and consumer electronics product shell decoration, providing surface solutions that combine aesthetics and protection for various substrates.
1.Primer application: Apply one coat of single-component liquid metal primer evenly using a wool roller.
2.First coat application: Mix the base paint and metal powder in a 3: 2 ratio and stir thoroughly. Apply the first coat of liquid metallic paint by troweling or spraying.
3.Two coats: After the first coat of paint is completely dry, apply/spray the second coat of liquid metallic paint.
4.Polishing and topcoat: After the two coats have dried, polish the surface with a polishing machine until it is smooth, and then apply a coat of single-component polyurethane gloss topcoat with a wool roller.
