P-20 water-based multi-functional glossy anti-rust paint is a single-component, topcoat-and-coat water-based coating. Based on an acrylic emulsion system, it combines protective and decorative functions. Its paint film has a delicate, smooth, low-gloss appearance, exhibiting high hardness, excellent adhesion and anti-blocking properties, and providing reliable rust protection for metal substrates. This product has a high solids content, is odorless and environmentally friendly, dries quickly, and is easy to apply. It is suitable for coating and refinishing metal surfaces such as doors, windows, radiators, and metal components where moderate rust prevention and decoration are required.

Water-Based Anti-Rust Paint Features
1. Environmentally friendly and easy to construct: It uses water as a diluent, is odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable, and is safe throughout the storage, transportation and construction process, it only takes about 1 hour to dry on the surface, and can be directly diluted with clean water to clean tools, which greatly improves construction efficiency.
2. Tough and weather-resistant: The paint film hardness can reach 2H and above, with a delicate and smooth appearance, excellent adhesion and anti-blocking properties, and no bottoming between coatings, taking into account both decorative effect and long-term use stability.

Water-Based Anti-Rust Paint Construction Guidelines
1. Surface Preparation:
a.Rust Removal: Thoroughly remove rust, scale, and other impurities from the metal surface,
b.Oil and Dust Removal: Use a specialized cleaner or solvent to remove surface oil and grease. Thoroughly remove dust and impurities using compressed air or a clean cloth,
c.Old Paint Treatment: Remove any loose old paint. If the old paint film is firmly attached and compatible with the new paint, it can be roughened by sanding before application. If incompatible, all old paint must be removed.
2. Stirring and dilution: After opening the can, stir the material evenly first, then add 10% water to dilute.
3. Primer application: Apply primer evenly to completely cover the substrate without any missed areas.
4. Topcoat Application Methods:
a.Brushing: Suitable for small areas, complex shapes, or corners,
b.Roller Coating: Suitable for large, smooth surfaces. High efficiency, but brushing is necessary for corners,
c.Airless Spraying: The best application method, highest efficiency, produces a uniform and smooth paint film with good adhesion.
