Products Description

This product is an environmentally friendly water-based wood coating, refined from modified water- based acrylic/polyurethane emulsions, with water as the thinner. It produces a full, smooth film with high hardness, wear resistance, and yellowing resistance, exhibiting excellent adhesion and perfectly showcasing the natural wood grain texture. It is non-toxic, odorless, and has low VOC emissions. Application is simple and it dries quickly, making it an ideal environmentally friendly coating for the decoration and protection of various indoor and outdoor wooden furniture.

1. Environmentally friendly, odor-free, and highly safe:  Made with pure water, free of benzene, toluene, free TDI, and heavy metals, with extremely low VOCs and no irritating odor, meeting stringent environmental standards, ensuring safety during construction and living.

2. Hard and resistant to yellowing:  Utilizing anti-yellowing technology, the paint film is hard, wearresistant, and has excellent scratch resistance. It is not prone to yellowing even after long-term exposure to sunlight, keeping the surface of the wood bright and new for a long time.

3. Strong adhesion and good filling:  It has excellent adhesion to various types of wood and MDF, strong penetration, and can effectively fill the wood grain vessels, resulting in a dense paint film that prevents the wood from cracking and peeling.

4. Excellent workability:  It can be diluted with water, has good leveling properties, few brush marks, supports multiple processes such as brushing, spraying, and rolling, dries quickly, and has a short recoating interval.

5. The varnish film is transparent and shows the wood grain:  the high transparency of the varnish can clearly restore the natural texture and color of the wood, the colored paint has good coverage, pure and full color, and outstanding decorative effect.

Application

Suitable for painting and refinishing indoor and outdoor solid wood furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, floors and various wood products. It can also be used on wooden items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as children's toys.

Water-Based Wood Coating Construction Guidelines

1. Substrate sanding:  Use 240 grit sandpaper to sand the entire wood surface to remove burrs, stains and old paint, ensuring the base surface is flat, clean and free of oil stains, and lay the base for coating.

2. Sealing Primer:  Apply a layer of sealing primer by roller and let it dry completely to seal the wood oils, prevent color bleeding, and enhance the adhesion between paint film layers.

3. First coat of primer:  Dilute the white special primer with water at a ratio of 20%. After filtering through a screen, spray the first coat with a spray gun. After it dries completely, sand it smooth with 240-grit sandpaper.

4. Secondary primer spray:  Apply a second layer of white special primer to ensure the coverage and thickness of the paint film. After drying, sand it thoroughly and clean off the dust to make the paint surface delicate and smooth.

5. Topcoat preparation:  Dilute the wood-specific white topcoat with water at a ratio of 10%. Thoroughly filter out impurities using a filter screen before loading it into the spray gun to avoid paint surface defects such as particles.

6. Double-coat topcoat:  Apply the first coat of topcoat evenly, and after it is surface dry, filter the topcoat and then apply the second coat to enhance the gloss and feel of the finish.
