Premium two-component waterproof brushed interface agent is scientifically formulated with high- quality liquid and special powder. After application, it forms a high-strength, three-dimensional mesh structure on the substrate, combining excellent waterproofing with a rough, textured finish. It significantly enhances the adhesion of subsequent plastering, tiling, and other processes, effectively preventing hollow spots and peeling.

Waterproof Brushed Interface Agent Features
1. High adhesion and textured finish: After curing, it forms a strong, rough, three-dimensional interface, significantly improving the bonding strength between various finishing materials and the substrate, and eliminating hollow areas.
2. Superior waterproof and seepage-proof performance: The dense coating possesses excellent water repellency and water pressure resistance, effectively blocking water penetration and providing a reliable waterproof barrier for the wall.
3. Flexible and impact-resistant: The paint film has good flexibility, which can resist the propagation of micro-cracks in the substrate and buffer external stress impacts, enhancing the overall stability of the system.
4. Strong two-way adhesion: It can simultaneously produce a strong chemical and physical interlocking with smooth and dense substrates (such as concrete and tiles) and subsequent plaster layers.
5. Good construction adaptability: The two-component formula has excellent construction performance, and the size and uniformity of the roughened particles can be controlled by adjusting the brushing or spraying method.
Suitable for interface treatment of substrates such as concrete, aerated blocks, shear walls, brick walls, and old ceramic tile surfaces. Especially suitable for interior and exterior walls that require enhanced adhesion, waterproofing, and roughening and leveling, providing an ideal base surface for subsequent plastering and tiling.
Waterproof Brushed Interface Agent Construction Guidelines
1. Surface preparation: Clean the surface of dust, oil, and loose debris. The base layer must be firm, flat, and free of hollow areas and cracks. Dry, absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water in advance, and surface water accumulation should be avoided.
2. Slurry preparation: Mix liquid and powder in a ratio of 1: 2.36. Pour in the liquid first, then add the powder. Mix with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until there are no lumps. Let stand for 3 minutes, then stir gently before application.
3. Textured finish application: Apply the coating evenly with a specialized textured roller, applying consistent pressure in one pass to create a dense, rough textured layer. The coating thickness should be controlled at 1-2mm, and the job can be completed in a single coat.
