1. Natural texture with strong artistic appeal: Made from carefully selected natural colored sand, the coating creates a rich, three-dimensional, and natural sand-textured finish. The colors are soft and long-lasting, giving walls a unique artistic decorative effect.
2. Exceptional durability and consistent performance: Primarily composed of inorganic materials, it offers excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, and resistance to aging. The coating is robust, resists fading and chalking, and has a long service life.
3. Breathable and moisture-permeable, with moisture-proof and alkali-resistant properties: The coating features a microporous structure that provides excellent breathability, effectively allowing moisture to escape from the wall, preventing blistering and peeling, and resisting alkali leaching from the substrate.
4. Eco-friendly and safe: Made primarily from natural inorganic minerals, it contains extremely low levels of VOCs and no added harmful substances, meeting green building material standards and ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
5. Easy to apply and versatile: The dry powder is convenient to package and transport, simply add water and mix on-site before application. It can be applied by trowel or spray, is suitable for a wide range of substrates, and is easy to use to create various textures.

Suitable for artistic decoration on interior and exterior walls, this product is particularly ideal for projects such as feature walls, villas, hotels, and commercial spaces that seek to achieve textures resembling natural stone, brick, or a vintage look.
1. Primer Application: Apply one even coat of penetrating primer to a clean, sound, and dry substrate to seal pores, strengthen the base, improve the adhesion and stability of subsequent coats, and
prevent efflorescence. Allow the primer to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.
2. Mixing the slurry: Using a mixing ratio of 1 part fine sand to 0.4 parts water, mix the dry powder Mamannu separately with clean, cold water. Use an electric mixer to thoroughly blend the mixture into a smooth, fine, lump-free paste. Let it stand for 5–10 minutes to cure, then stir briefly to ensure there are no lumps or clumps. Set aside for later use.
3. First Coat: Use a trowel to apply the first coat of the mixed Mamannu material to the wall, ensuring complete coverage of the substrate and achieving a preliminary shape. Control the pressure applied during application to ensure the coating adheres evenly, creating a smooth base that prepares the surface for subsequent work.
4. Second coat: Once the first coat is touch-dry, apply the second coat. Immediately after application, use a trowel or finishing trowel to carefully smooth and level the surface, ensuring it is even and smooth with no visible brush marks.
5. Topcoat Protection: Once the base coat is completely dry, apply one even coat of the designated topcoat varnish using a roller. This enhances the finish’s resistance to stains, water, and UV rays, evens out the gloss, and improves the overall texture and durability of the decorative effect.
