Lophy rock is a thick, paste-like textured paint based on natural mineral powder, water-based acrylic resin, and mineral pigments, with nano-aggregate particles added in a specially formulated blend. Its core process, through the manipulation of aggregate particle size and application techniques, replicates the rough texture of natural rocks (such as sandstone, slate, and volcanic rock) on the base surface, achieving a three-dimensional relief texture and natural light and shadow effects while simultaneously meeting comprehensive requirements for environmental protection, weather resistance, and functionality (sound absorption and humidity control).

Lophy Rock Features
1.Natural and environmentally friendly: It is mainly composed of natural rock aggregates and inorganic mineral pigments, without harmful additives, and meets the environmental protection standards of ready-to-move-in.
2. Excellent weather resistance: anti-ultraviolet, resistant to temperature and humidity changes, maintains color stability for a long time, no fading or cracking in outdoor applications.
3. Three-dimensional artistic texture: The natural stone texture is reproduced by rock aggregate, and the concave and convex relief texture (0.5-5mm) gives the wall a rough and wild artistic expression.

Lophy Rock Construction Guidelines
1. Base treatment: Remove oil and dust from the wall and repair cracks. Use putty to level and polish to a tolerance of ≤2mm. Ensure the base is solid and dry (moisture content ≤10%).
2. Primer sealing: Roller-coat 1-2 coats of water-based penetrating primer to enhance substrate adhesion and prevent alkali reversion. Drying time ≥ 6 hours (25°C).
3. Scraping and shaping: Use a stainless steel scraper to scrape the roffite paint in two layers, the first layer is 1.5-2mm thick for leveling, and the second layer is 0.5-1mm thick to shape the rock texture, with an interval of 4-8 hours.
4. Texture refinement: When the surface is semi-dry, use tools such as tooth scrapers and seaweed cotton to carve concave and convex textures with a depth of 0.5-5mm to simulate the roughness of natural rock.
5. Surface protection: After it is completely dry (≥24 hours), spray one coat of water-based silicone acrylic topcoat to improve stain resistance, wear resistance and glossiness.
