Rice travertine is an environmentally friendly art paint that imitates the texture of natural travertine. It is made of natural mineral powder (such as limestone, marble powder), redispersible latex powder and inorganic pigments.

a.It has no radioactive pollution, does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and has passed national environmental protection tests.
b.Some products have a "molecular sieve" structure that can absorb free formaldehyde and odor in the air and release negative oxygen ions.
a.Durability: high hardness, scrub resistance, crack resistance, and strong weather resistance.
b.Functionality: breathable and moisture-proof, fire-retardant.
c.Lightweight: Only 1/3 the weight of natural stone, reducing the wall load.
a.The texture is realistic and natural, and the color can be customized.
b.The surface can be polished to give it a velvety or stone texture.
c.A large area presents the effect of imitating natural weathering, giving a sense of vicissitudes and heaviness.

Ideal for high-end interior and exterior wall cladding and architectural elements where a natural stone look is desired, such as hotel lobbies, villa exteriors, private clubs, feature walls in commercial spaces, columns, and fireplaces, creating a highly textured classical or modern artistic effect.
1. Primer Application: On a clean, dry, and level surface, apply one even coat of high-performance penetrating primer using a roller to seal the surface, enhance adhesion, and effectively prevent efflorescence.
2. Slurry preparation: Using a mixing ratio of 1 part dry powder to 0.3 parts water, slowly pour the water into the dry powder. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer until a smooth, even paste forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to set, then set aside for later use.
3. First coat: Use a stainless steel trowel to apply the mixed material evenly to the wall, maintaining a thickness of 2 –3 mm. Ensure the surface is smooth and even, and that the substrate is completely covered, to serve as the base for the textured layer.
4. Texturing: Once the first coat of material is completely dry, apply a second coat of the main material and immediately use a notched trowel to scrape it horizontally, creating a uniform, continuous horizontal texture.
5. Smoothing the Surface: Before the texture has completely dried, use a smoothing trowel to gently smooth the entire surface and even out the edges of the texture, ensuring a clear, natural pattern and a smooth, even finish.
6. Topcoat Application: Once the Rice Cave Stone coating is completely dry, apply two even coats of the specialized topcoat using a wool roller, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next. This enhances stain resistance, weather resistance, and overall durability
