Shell Powder Features

Shell Powder Construction Guidelines
1. Slurry preparation: Use clean water and mix according to the ratio of dry shell powder to water = 1: 0.7.Use an electric mixer to mix thoroughly for 5-10 minutes until a uniform, smooth, and particle-free paste is formed. Let it stand for 5 minutes to mature, then mix again to ensure the paste has a uniform texture for easy subsequent construction.
2. Base coat application: Use a putty knife to evenly apply the prepared mortar to the wall, pressing firmly during application to ensure complete coverage of the substrate. The coating thickness should be controlled at 1-2 mm to form a smooth and durable base coat.
3. Topcoat spraying: After the base layer is completely dry, mix a slightly thinner shell powder slurry, load it into the stone paint spray gun, and spray it evenly on the wall. When spraying, keep the speed and distance consistent to ensure that the topcoat is delicate, uniform, and without any missed spots.
4. Finishing the surface: Before the surface material is completely dry, use a clean stainless steel trowel to quickly and gently finish the surface. This can effectively eliminate spray marks and make the wall surface smoother, more delicate, and more uniform in texture.
